White Tea (young tea leaves) and Green Tea (unfermented tea leaves) are less processed than other types of tea, and abundant in antioxidants called polyphenols. The earliest written reference to Green Tea dates back to almost 3000 B.C.E. Zen monks admired the properties of tea and would chew tea leaves during their meditation.
Adults – Take two capsules daily. Best taken before or between meals.
