Extracts of Sea Buckthorn fruit and seed, delivered in Sea Buckthorn Force, are sources of Palmitoleic acid, also called Omega-7 fatty acid. Sea Buckthorn has been used in Tibetan medicine for hundreds of years, and is also used in the European Anthroposophical system. Sea Buckthorn is a hardy shrub that has survived and flourished since ancient times in extreme environments where other plants could not.

Adults–Take two capsules once daily in the middle of a larger meal with a 250 ml glass of water.
